The rooms were very clean and well taken care of. The water pressure was weak and the hot water was not very hot. Luckily we enjoyed the thermal pools to warm up in the cool weather. The staff at all encounters were friendly and gave wonderful service. The location is excellent, and the highlight of the resort is definitely the hot springs—very convenient and relaxing! The breakfast and restaurant were also great. The only downside (and sometimes a noticeable one) is the interior. It felt quite old-fashioned (not in an antique way), and the washroom was very basic with older-style fixtures like the faucet and shower. Still, we really enjoyed the hot springs and the food!

Hit springs in the resort are a huge plus. They are not crowded as well. You have different hot springs with different levels of temperature as you prefer. Main drawback is that the cheapest rooms are located right beside the highway and it's very noisy during the night.

Our superior room had a perfect view of the volcano. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. The hot spring pools are stunning and there are so many different ones to try! Grins are kept beautifully tidy. The swim up bar (warm water) was a memorable evening activity. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location outside town feels like a true retreat, within easy driving distance of Arenal, Mistico, sloth tours, other termales. We would come back!
