My room was not available at the hotel's 3PM check-in time. I had to wait until 3:40PM to get my key. Normally not an issue, but this made me late to a meeting. Aside from that, the hotel was great and I had no other issues.

LA MEJOR OPCIÓN PARA QUEDARSE EN QUERÉTARO

Mi familia y yo estamos felices de haber encontrado este hotel. Desde que llegamos, todo fue excelente. Las habitaciones son súper amplias, cómodas y limpias. Las camas… ¡una delicia! Descansamos como nunca. El desayuno buffet es espectacular, con muchísimas opciones deliciosas y fruta de primera calidad. El gimnasio y la alberca están impecables, se nota el buen mantenimiento y cuidado en cada detalle. Además, está súper bien ubicado, en una zona muy céntrica y a pocos minutos de Plaza Antea, lo cual fue muy conveniente para nosotros. Sin duda, se ha convertido en nuestro lugar favorito para hospedarnos cuando venimos a la ciudad. ¡Demasiado recomendable! Gracias Chef Lili y a la Host Nadia por sus atenciones, quedamos encantados.
