We had an amazing 2 nights stay in the hotel. Room was very clean, staff are all helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was just okay.

The big problem start later when i askd for my money back the hotel said to ask from the agency hotel.com that said that the hotel doesn't want to refund the money because it was not refundable...
