Staff was so nice and very accommodating. Let us check in a bit early which was so appreciated. The room was clean and the linens were nice but the mattress was not very comfortable. The complimentary shuttle was great!!

Hampton has always been our hotel of choice. Communicated with hotel well before we arrived. We did not get what we asked for, check in clerk was very unfriendly, I could not get internet so for 2 days had no hotel internet, The service was definitely not up to Hampton standards. Would not stay there again, there are a couple of other hotels near the airport, go to one of those!
