The hotel staff kindly sent us an email before our stay with clear instructions that made finding the valet a breeze. Everyone we encountered was extremely kind and helpful. Overall my stay was pleasant. The breakfast was good and varied daily. It was quiet in the hotel which was a plus. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were ultra thin. The location was phenomenal because it was in the center of downtown. Parking was horrendous because it is valet only ($38/daily) and street parking was just as expensive.
