Everything was acceptable, the arrival not so since the receptionist at the moment Sulay and the other one present were not not understanding and compassionate to our request to our request since were traveling with little children. Apart from that simple but important observation that i personally made to them since i worked in hotels; everything went well.

I feel ripped off, I paid in Expedia for a room with extra guest, (5 people),and it turns out that it’s only for 4 people, and I had to pay for the extra one again at the front desk, in other words $100 for one night, and the Room is extremely small, it would have been better have paid $50 in Expedia for a room for 4 people, and pay the extra at the front desk, instead of paying $34 for the extra in Expedia. I will not do the same mistake again.
