Had a few problems with the heating unit , tv and key cards but the young man was very helpful. Do not plan on watching much tv as it is the smallest we had seen in thirty years but beach is beautiful. Beach chairs need bird poop washed off or towels provided to sit on but nice beach.

The hotel is noisy because of thin walls. There kids running up and down the halls until 10pm. It’s advertised as a “pet free” accommodation and when we arrived for our reservation found out it was pet friendly on the main level where we were booked and there was no other room for us to stay. Hubby is allergic. No other availability in close by hotels. Very disappointed. Was told there were no complimentary hair driers! The front person searched and finally found one. Our key fob needed to be reactivated constantly. It’s nice but not $200 a night nice.

Beautiful property - too noisy

The front desk staff member at check in was great. There was a beautiful wedding going on out front which was nice to see. The lobby was decorated in a beachy theme. The property was lovely. The rooms need work. Double beds are awful to sleep in with someone else. The bathroom walls had hair on them. There were no nightstands or outlets near the beds. We expected traffic noise but it was excessively loud and we could hear people coughing and moving about in other rooms. The walls need more insulation. I think I got about an hour of sleep. Wouldn’t stay again for that reason alone.
