Fantastic place for families with too much to do. staff were amazing especially the personal assistants - Seyma sirvan went above and beyond to ensure special food was made for my daughters who had allergies - which is a massive worry for us and now we have a safe place to come to where they don't feel left out. This holiday was one of the best we have had.Our son was made to feel very special, specially as it was his 11th birthday.The hotel was beautiful, neat and tidy, staff very caring and courteous.Could not have asked for a better experience.We will be back soon for sure with our extended family and friends this time 😊😊.You have got fans for life.😊😊 The theme park was awesome too, we felt safe and enjoyed😊 water park and the rides to the fullest. Terrible experience with the staff. They are absolutely useless. Won’t go into particulars. - Be aware that ‘Beach Access’ is for only a few hours a day. Expedia never informed us of this. Was one of the main reasons we booked. - A majority of the water park was closed for best part of the week and the water freezing cold in most areas it was open. No advanced warning. 30 degrees temperature almost everyday. - Expedia didn’t reply or contact us back on the numerous times we contacted them. Hotel refused to deal with any requests as it was booked through Expedia. All inclusive food was good. Minimal evening entertainment. Dolphin show was very good.
