Estadia muito boa, café da manhã ótimo, hotel muito limpo, localização central, mas numa rua muito a ermo, garagem pequena e os manobristas ficam com a chave do veículo, mas as chaves ficam acondicionadas nos pára-brisas do carro, o que nos deixam inseguros.

Na reserva dizia que o hotel ficava há 4 min do shopping Dom Pedro quando na verdade dava 23 minutos atravessando a cidade. Acho o cúmulo ao fazer a reserva na hotels.com dizer que possuía estacionamento e não colocar junto a essa informação que possuem mas é PAGO. O cliente se sente enganado. Não é a primeira vez. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar desde a ordem de montagem até a qualidade do que é servido, apresentação, variedade etc. Os funcionários do hotel são ótimos mas não pretendo voltar.
