Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. However, trying to get suitcases into the normal front door was a nightmare. Picture one autistic child, four big suitcase, and two tired adults trying to wheel into an average size door. I would say spring for automatic sliding glass doors like every other hotel.

The suite was cozy and had everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. Even though we only stayed one night, it was comfortable and clean, and I enjoyed the convenience of guest laundry, which was also very clean and well maintained.

From a dishwasher, to pots and pans, and a mini stove, this room had everything we needed for our week-long stay. I fully enjoyed my time at this hotel and found it very convenient location wise to explore all that Roswell had to offer. Highly recommend and will come back here again.
