The location is fabulous! It is across from the Centraal Station. It’s close by to a supermarket as well lots of restaurants It is a touristy area but so easy to walk or take public transportation to other areas in the city. The rooms are spacious and clean The bed was uncomfortable and could use some foam padding on top of the mattresses. The concierge staff was really helpful. Overall a wonderful 3 day stay

Over-rated

Great location, clean and helpful staff. Room was small at under 200 sq ft, although I am sure I booked a larger room with a sofa. Using floor to ceiling mirrors distorted actual room view in Hotel.com pictures. Room service was adequate except when they failed to do their job one day, and breakfast was very nice but pricey. Overall rating of 8 to 81/2 is reasonable (not 9-10).

Great Staff

The room was very large, modern and had an excellent very comfy bed. The staff was super. They have a bit of a quirky person on concierge but his service and attitude were great. One of the bartenders was incredibly rude completely ignoring me for several minutes as he talked to some other customers while I stood waiting & he knew I was there. Finally I realize it is a bit of an artsy hotel, hence the name, but it was too dark for me. It sort of set a somber mood. Not what I wanted but maybe it's just me. Overall VG

Stay here!

Stayed 3 nights as a pre-extension to a longer business trip. Initially chose Art’otel due to the proximity to the other hotel for our meeting and was very pleased that I did. Excellent location and the staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate us and our early arrival. Room was comfy with a great view, pool and spa area very clean and relaxing. I would recommend!
