Unlike other similar hotels the Sono Calm enforces a hard check-in at 3pm. We got there at 2:30pm and had wait 30 minutes.

The property was well maintained staff was efficient . Food in hotel was well prepared and presented . The only draw back was the lack of knowledge about best places to visit while there from the concierge who probably needed more training about trips and things to do in Korea . Be prepared to google translate or understand some minor Korean expressions or language

전반적인 서비스는 만족해요

객실 깨끗하고 편안했습니다! 다만 주차시 이스트와 웨스트동이 나뉘어 있어서 다른곳에 주차하면 불편할 것 같구요. 프론트테스크도 이스트동에있어서 체크인아웃시 웨스트동에선 살짝 걸어야해서 시간이조금더 걸렸어요. 객실키도 하나 주는데, 잠깐 주차장갔다오거나 할때마다 키카드를 엘베에 찍어야해서 그부분도 조금 불편했어요~ 저희는 잠만 자고오게되서 호텔의 다른 부대시설 이용을 못해봐서 아쉽네요.
