All I can say is WAOW!!! This was our last stop during a 20 day south east Asia trip and I truly wish we stayed here for longer. The charm and beauty of this hotel are above and beyond. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. From the location to the aesthetic - we fell in love. So many thoughtful details and amenities for their guests. Thank you Memory at on on, we will definitely be back.

Check-in was both smooth & pleasant. Room was clean & comfortable. Room & washroom amenties were adequate. Staff were very friendly. Location is excellent. Walking in & around the Old Town neighbourhood was very convenient from the hotel. Lots of f&b outlets around as well. Spoilt for choice. Thank you to Amanda, Jenny, Gigi and rest of the staff for their hospitality. Will definitely be my go to hotel the next time we're in Phuket Old Town. Highly recommended!

The hotel was great. Front desk was helpful and nice. Interesting complimentary desserts and tea in the lobby for guests. There hotel restaurant bar makes excellent Negroni cocktails. However, recommendations for trips and ferry that the hotel is contracted with are scams and not worth the frustration.

The hotel was excellent, it looked and was different from the normal hotels I’ve stayed in which made it even better. Staff were very kind, welcoming and friendly and helpful. Location is good and the service is also good. Living place is clean and safety, also with traditional Thai plus Chinese styles environment, that is IG able 😜. If you want me to be picky, I would say there was a bit of noise between 22:22 and 00:00

Perfekt location smack in the middle of everything. You have the sunday Market on your doorstep. A lite steep rate when ordering a car from the Hotel compared to hailing a taxi on the Street.
