Twice they gave me key cards that didn’t work, five times they gave me parking passes that didn’t leave the hotel and at 11pm the lights of the room wouldn’t go out and so we were forced to change rooms. Never an explanation, never an apology.

Would highly recommend this hotel for visiting Munich. It is out of the central city, which makes it much more affordable, but downtown can be accessed in 20 minutes by U-Bahn. Very quiet at night, with a shopping arcade (with many dining options) a 10-minute walk away. Rooms are a little small, but well appointed with a friendly, informative staff. Will definitely stay here next time in the Munich area.
