definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel, very dated and much need of a refurb. Staff were very friendly but the hotel itself was very poor horrible smell in room and corridors booked for 4 days had to leave after 2 nights

Highly helpful staff. I am very much overwhelmed by the room service, as I asked for tooth brush just at midnight at about 1.00 AM and to my surprise they provided the same within 10 mts with smile. Thanks to the hotel staff.

Hotel Manager Pankaj and Restaurant Asst. Manager Yogesh are ready to help the guests when required. All staff members are friendly and supportive. They understand the concerns and work to resolve them in a timely manner. I have stayed at the Park Plaza and will stay again when I visit Delhi, India.

Don't waste time and money staying at this place, most rude and cocky staff and management. They have ruined the standard of Park Plaza chain. Also bathroom has mold and rooms stink, tools are old and dirty. Cups and plates are chipped . Can't bring anything management attention because they have their head's in the cloud. Check-in: Unruly, Unprofessional staff, kept us waiting as the Hotel front desk is not even inclined to overcome their interpersonnel issues. Fingers crossed for the family stay I booked with the property. Buffett: Not worth a penny. Food quality was below average. Long wait as the hotel could not even handle a small group and simole requests, let alone the tush hour. Mosy of the staff seem not even interested to entertain a few simple requests. Checkout: System was down for morenthan a day and had to bear the brunt of disreslectful staff.

I have stayed at various hotels all through out the world. This is by far the most unpleasant experience I've ever had. The policy of this hotel is very weird. The staff are not cooperative. Not that it is a big amount but this is the only place that charges for a bucket of ice. They have a weird one key policy even if you have multiple people checking into the room. So only once key? Total inconvenience. The manager was not catering to the requests, just standing there and explaining their policy with a smile. I will never be booking another stay at this place. This is the first time I am writing a negative review about a place ever.
