8/10 Very good

Good experience to sleep on the floor.

This hotel is not new or with latest tech in the room but it has the traditional room feel. The location is very convenient

This was a great hotel that was very close to the train station!

Decent Stay

Good location, easy access to subway. Extremely cramped for 3 people, and too noisy. Curtains are too thin, so light enters the room comstantly
Preston, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

If youโ€™re looking for a place just to sleep and be out the whole day then this is the perfect spot in shinjuku for an affordable price. Metro is super close and there are a lot of places to eat and shop around the area.

8/10 Very good

Overall the property was a good stay. It was very convenient to the train station which made travel pretty easy. The only downside is the general location of the area wasnโ€™t the greatest. There are a lot of shops and places to eat around the area but it does tend to be pretty busy.
Tiffany, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Itโ€™s definitely a more casual experience place, I ideal for my situation of a day of sight seeing and only needed a place to sleep and shower.
Samantha, 6-night trip

8/10 Very good

It was very clean , staff was great and helpful. Washroom was very tiny and the wifi was awful didnโ€™t work at all.

Traditional Japanese style hotel clean but our taxi cannot reach the hotel address itself, driver said address on website different from actual place. Staff is good.

Good stay
Dejaun, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

The hotel is ok, it is conveniently located near shops and train station. The facilities are not that good and I think the room is small for a group of 6 people, max per room I think is 3 persons. No english speaking hotel employees which is quite an issue if the guest has no knowledge of the local language.
Jun, 6-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location and value. The walls are very thin and you can hear people in the rooms adjacent. If youโ€™re a light sleeper, it might not be a match
Juan Carlos, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Good value for a Japanese style hotel.
Kevin, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location! We made good use of our JR Pass while staying here. The room had everything we needed, was clean and in good condition. The only negative thing I have to say were that immediately outside the hotel door is a favourite smoking spot, so it's the first and last thing you smell each day.
Samuel, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Horrible hotel in a shady area. No beds, water dripping in the bathroom, & lots of fungus on all the walls.
Shaila, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, and excellent location
Megan, 3-night trip

Itโ€™s very close to the Shin Okuba JR station. A lot of nearby restos and combi. Thereโ€™s also a 24/7 Don Quijote near this property
