The bed and room was clean and maintained well, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only negatives were that there was no hair conditioner, the nearby construction woke us up early in the morning, and that the room had very little space to walk.

I have never experienced such comprehensive, personable service from before my arrival until after my departure. Sunny Ng and the whole team anticipated all of my needs and exceeded my expectations for what a hotel can do for a guest. I would heartily recommend Minerva Church Hotel to anyone traveling to Hanoi and sincerely hope I can return one day.
