We received an upgrade upon arrival. A couple of minor issues such as bedroom light fitting not attached to ceiling, shower fittings loose and gas fire heater not creating much heat even on high. Very very nice double-storey house to stay in. Exceeds my expectation as the place is so nicely furnished and comfortable. We had a unit with living, dining, kitchen, two toilets, two bedrooms and a garage. Really amazing to stay in here. Wifi is strong and I can' ask for more.

Not many options in Lake Tekapo. This is a good one Heating was a little wonky but the gas fireplace was great. Used the hottub and that was great after a day of hiking. Easy walk to town.

Only got to stay 1 night but we were really happy with Mantra Lake Tekapo. We had a large 2 storey house with 3 spacious rooms and good bedding options. I was impressed that it was the first place, we've stay on our entire trip, that had 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets! Much needed for a family of 5 or more. The pool was unfortunately closed for maintenance but the Tekapo Pools were not far up the road and had great views. The lake itself and main shops is close by, easy walking. So pretty! Dining is limited but a few options and there is a good grocery store there too.
