Razoável. Comprei a estadia com café da manhã incluso e o recepcionista disse que o café da manhã não estava contemplado. Insisti mostrando o print da compra mas ele não aceitou, considerando que na hora do checkout a outra recepcionista informou que não constava o café da manhã no pacote, o que deu a entender que ela queria que eu efetuasse o pagamento. Mostrei novamente o print e ela fez cópia.

Se você, como eu, for fazer viagem a negócios e reservar via Expedia, o Ibis Mossoró não irá fornecer nota fiscal. Portanto, se vc precisa apresentar NF para obter reembolso, pule este hotel. O Ibis pede para se dirigir ao Expedia, que por sua vez só emitiria um recibo (ou nem isso). Tomei prejuízo nesta estadia no valor da diária. O Ibis Mossoró não emitindo nota fiscal sonega impostos. A lei é clara: é obrigatória a emissão da NF pelo provedor do serviço, no caso, serviço de hospedagem é o hotel o responsável.

Chegamos no hotel por volta das 15 horas do dia 27/06/2015. Foi o que podemos chamar de uma estadia curta, mas poderia ter sido mais bem aproveitada se ibis tivesse uma piscina e o frigobar estivesse abastecido. Uma pergunta que não quer calar. Por que o frigo bar do apartamento não é abastecido diariamente como na quase totalidade dos hotéis faz.
