Great hotel with everything needed on the doorstep. Staff a bit slow but rooms in keeping with the standard expect of the chain. Breakfast a bit of chaos as hotel is used by large groups, so finding a seat was tricky.

It is a good kids hotel, but maybe not for couples

In all I had a terrible stay. The hotel placed 4 rooms with people who knew each other around us. And the kids were running around screaming until 23:30. 60% were kids families at breakfast, felt like a beach resort breakfast with kids running around everywhere. I think it must be a great stay for kids families but maybe not for couples.

Beware of the overcharging from this Hotel. Initially the receptionist said that the water in the room will be free even if I sign up for the membership during my stay. But upon checkout they charged for the water saying that I didn't check-in with the membership. Secondly they charged tourist tax for my 4 years old son even though the tourist tax starts from 7 years old, and Expedia also mentioned only the tax for adults. A good hotel but with these cheap tactics.

Nice hotel with good breakfast WiFi is terrible, there is signal but sometimes it won’t connect. Laundry is bad mixed up all my laundry with another guest. The temperature in the room is too high and it’s not possible to change.
