Our stay was okay but the front office is always busy and the wait can be very long to check in, ask questions, key issues, etc. That was frustrating. Staff was mainly nice but a few came across as rude.

The hotel's location and rate are very good. However, the breakfast period is too short for hundreds of guests from different hotels. The check staff member standing at the tiny buffet entrance was not happy to do this job. There was no welcome, no smile, as if we had made a mistake by coming to breakfast. The drain in the bathtub was clogged and water was accumulating in it. The drain had no cover and was pitch black. The ceramic floor in the bathroom was broken and missing parts. A drawer had no handle. The security lock on the room door was broken. The soft drink machine in that building would not work with either cash or credit cards. The prices of the soft drinks were not clear anyway.

Absolute dump. Check in took 45 minutes and staff check people in for 20 different properties. Arrived and 6 pm and did not get in room until 7 pm. Rooms are dumps! NOTHING like the photos.
