Great hotel, great room, great breakfast. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The hotel Is in a great location with access to regular and sightseeing buses, and subway close by. It is also very close to all the major sites of the city and in a very nice neighborhood. Amazing hotel! Wonderful location. All staff so friendly and helpful. Recommended good area for local restaurants and best place to catch tram 28! Lovely welcome gift of Portuguese custard tarts and cherry brandy. Chocolates, water and espresso capsules provided daily. Good breakfast. Would certainly return here.

Pleasant stay!

Great location for tourists. Few minutes walk to train station or Rossio plaza. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed and coffee maker in the room. Also, there is a real treat on Wednesday nights- performance of traditional fado singer at the restaurant, as well as a delicious dinner. Just one suggestion- it would be nice to have a safety bar on the wall to hold when you get in and out the bathtub.
