The Staff Is The Nicest People You Would Ever Meet. The water pressure in the rooms is really strong. If the shower sprays is a bit too strong for your skin just don't pull the tub device all the way up so the pressure is not as strong.

This was a gem! It was an older hotel but so charming. The mattress was wonderful and the room was spacious. We enjoyed the balcony and watching the wildlife enjoying the river. It was a quiet hotel which was greatly appreciated! On check in, the front desk staff helped to ensure I was close to the elevator due to health conditions. This was especially helpful. Dogs are welcome but are not supposed to stay alone. Make sure to have alternate arrangements available.

Half of the room was occupied by a huge hot tub. I'm assuming that was extra because the water was not turned on. No problem, a hot tub with a large mirror is not really our style. The rear balcony was a nice place to sit overlooking the Little Pigeon River. Two plastic chairs were available, one broken. A random lamp globe was abandoned on the balcony. The tiny glass table was not cleaned. The staff smiled a lot, but after our purse was snatched, in the 3 minutes between exiting the room and arriving at the car, and returning back to the room in our anxious search, the manager questioned our intent to call the police and report the incident instead of questioning the staff and calling the police on our behalf. It was too slick, and too fast. The manager was unconcerned about the violation of the guests, if not complicit, in the incident. The lost cell phone, fully charged, was offline within minutes so there was no chance of tracking the stolen purse. The Sevierville police responded quickly and were very thoughtful and professional.

Bedbugs. They have them. We stopped for one night on our way through Pigeon Forge as we headed back home from vacation. We stayed in room 314. On initial inspection, the room looked ok. It’s a bit dated but seemed clean. However, the beds are apparently infested with bed bugs. We woke up at 5:30am to get ready to leave and found our backs, arms and legs with a few bites. As we drove throughout the day, more and more developed. We are covered in bed bug bites. I took the hotel key to the front desk clerk and informed her of the bugs, her response "Okay, I’ll tell the manager when she gets here.” She did not seem concerned or even surprised about the bed bugs. There has been no contact from the hotel manager. And yes, I did leave my number for contact. This is the third hotel (out of three…) in Pigeon Forge that we have had poor experiences with.

The room was very clean. The lady at the front desk is very helpful. Whatever I need they went and got it for me and brought it to my room. We had a balcony room and it was very nice to have a balcony. He also had an elevator to get on different floors. That was also helpful.
