We were very happy with our stay. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed a quiet night's sleep. We were very happy with having a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and pots and pans at our convenience if we wanted a meal in our room. I will definitely be staying here again. I was really impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff are. The hotel may not be the newest but it was very clean and welcoming. No breakfast included but it’s located in an adjoining parking area with Dennys. Large outdoor seating area to enjoy your morning coffee which was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel (and it’s free, lol).

The room was clean, the staff were polite and helpful. But, I give a low rating because they don’t allow firearms on the premises and nowhere in the description or booking process does it let you know this vital information.I was not aware of their stance until after I had already arrived. If I had known this ahead of time I would have chosen a different location and will definitely choose a different location in the future.

It's been something both times. The 1st time our shower didn't work. We had to go next door to shower. This time the Air didn't work and even after changing rooms it was one thing after another. The staff is great and none of these things were their fault, except the razors and hair left in the second room. I digress. The Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel needs some upgrades tho.

The staff are very nice. Checking in and out was real easy. I would not stay here again the next time I come to NC because the property is more for extended stay renters not for someone staying a few days. I didn’t think that would make a difference. We had neighbors in the room next to us who are long term residents (we were only here for 2 nights), playing very loud music before 8am on our first morning. The second day they played music very loud at 2am. Whoever was above us had children running back and forth late at night. In my opinion and experience with traveling and staying in different hotels, people staying short term are respectful of others. Long term residents treat the hotel as their home and act more comfortable by not respecting or caring about others by behaving that way. And it wasn’t just the music playing at 2am. There were other things we didn’t like about the property. Trying to get a good night’s rest before our 10 hour drive home did not happen. You get what you pay for.
