everything went well, great location especially if you were going to watch the rugby as stadium is on 280 steps . polite and attentive staff. pool was warm and clean. Nightlife only a few minutes walk away - busses close and very good . 20 mins to airport by bus and 30 mins to Biarritz beach

Great place to stay in Bayonne with wonderful staf

Lovely hotel in a good location for walking around the town. The room was spacious and clean. Room and hallway smelled fresh. We had a small issue with leaking from the ceiling near the air conditioning unit. We reported this to the front desk and it was resolved later that day. The bed was very comfortable. I would have preferred a double bed over two singles pushed together but otherwise very nice room. The bathroom was clean and the shower was decent size with a nice little shelf to hold items. Parking was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful and multilingual. The breakfast buffet was very good, staff cleaned tables between customers and replenished items regularly. There was a big rugby event on the first night we stayed here. We were very appreciative that the hotel posted security in the car park due to the large crowds and ensured our safety.

Séjour d’une nuit avec des amis, réservation d’une chambre double et d’une chambre simple. L’hôtel est affiché comme un 4 étoiles et, peut-être, en remplit-il les critères officiels, mais il ne correspond pas à l’image que je me fais de ce standing. Le confort et le service sont en deçà de mes attentes, surtout au vu du tarif pratiqué. Le rapport qualité-prix est décevant, d’autant plus que, la veille, j’avais séjourné dans un hôtel deux fois moins cher, mais nettement plus agréable. La chambre double, bien qu’annoncée à 20 m², donne une impression d’espace limitée en raison d’une configuration très asymétrique. La salle de bain fait plutôt bas de gamme, et l’ensemble manque de charme. Le service est neutre : ni chaleureux, ni particulièrement désagréable, mais impersonnel. En résumé, rien de vraiment enthousiasmant. Je ne le recommanderai pas et n’y retournerai pas.
