The hotel is clean but not great. Check in was a nightmare, it took 25 mins to get our room card, very manual and slow. Cannot sleep the whole night as the idiotic family from next door (kids) decided to scream and shout the whole time. If they are not screaming and shouting, they are switching on the TV so loudly and even banging on the walls! Ridiculous selfish people!!! I came to have a holiday, not to get a nightmare!

The hotel near to food restaurant, so good for traveller like me. Only I don't like I have to iron my clothes outside because the hotel provide 2 irons for each floor but it is not convenience because it is far from my room and it is scary if ironing during night.

The room air condition was too cold. The bathtub design was poor and causing leak to the floor. Thus the bathroom floor was always wet. Room size is big and comfortable.

The room needs a major renovation. The quilt, mattress, pillow and the bed frame feels old. The sofa is terrible, the the cushion doesnt provide much support at all, almost felt like you are sitting on a wooden bench.
