We are Panama City Beach locals and stayed for the week during spring break. We really enjoyed our stay and all of the things that were offered to us. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi would not reach the third floor and it was advertised. They did try to accommodate and offer us a room on the first floor so that we can reach the Wi-Fi signal, but we refused because we wanted the good view of the gulf other than that other than that, everything was perfect

Stayed one night during spring break week. Bed is comfortable. Walking distance to the beach. You have to pay for ice bags. I have never had to pay for ice at a hotel! Smelled of smoke when we got there, despite alleged smoke free environment. Price is descent for last minute stay on the beach. Doubt I’d stay again though.

Ashley at the front desk was perfection. Helpful. Friendly. My only complaints would be the beds weren’t comfortable and the tv picture wasn’t very clear. Aside from that, we had a great stay.

Great ocean view from balcony ---should bring your own dishes, glasses, and silverware for kitchenette....they had knives, pot & pans, coffeemaker, refrigerator. Room was clean. The thing I was surprised by --they have started charging $15 a day for parking --was not noted on website anywhere. Beach was wonderful and pool was nice.

It took the tub water 5 minutes to get hot, the heater in the room worked when it wanted to, we had no wifi service in our 3rd floor room, the heater in the pool was not working or maybe not turned on, this place used to be my go to spot for a majority of my visits to PC, but I will not be back to this establishment. My children were very disappointed also.
