Incredibly good experience, we would return. The only challenge at all is the crowds at dinner time. If you go during a busy time you can wait over an hour to eat dinner. However on the plus side the staff are incredibly gracious, the facility is very nice, there's a lot of fun Hard Rock themed stuff, there are cool activities for the kids and for adults, and the entertainment team is top notch. It's just a great place to visit.

We had a great experience at this hotel! My favorite dinner spot was the Brazilian steakhouse absolutely amazing. On the other hand, I wasn’t a fan of Frida, the Mexican restaurant, as it didn’t feel authentic at all. We’ve never been comfortable leaving our daughter at a daycare, but the kids club here completely changed that. Fernanda was wonderful so kind and caring with our daughter, who loved spending time there. This gave my husband and me some much-needed alone time. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely come back!

The grounds were beautiful. The beach was great with great equipment loan options. Hotel rooms were quite spacious if a little dated. The food options were great at Ciao, Zen, and Frida. The teen hangout area could use new equipment. The entertainment was fun. The staff were attentive and very friendly. Overall a great stay! We would stay here again!

For the all inclusive eating we never ran into issues with getting a seat but we did tend to eat a little earlier than everyone else it seemed which probably helped. The staff were very helpful and really wanted to make sure you were having a good time. Go to the free concerts/music events and hit up the Sun Bar for evening events. The city tour\tequila tasting was nice but was a long day of driving around so make sure to bring a water bottle. Overall a great experience and will definitely be looking to stay again.

This is a really well-run hotel. There are so many guests and so many staff members, but you could see that convenience, cleanliness, and safety were a priority. The staff were helpful friendly (don't forget to tip! This is an important part of their earnings.) We went in late April, and it seemed like a really manageable level of busy for the facilties. There could have been more umbrellas available for the beach chairs, but we were able to find loungers either by the pool or on the beach without rushing every morning.
