Our stay was above and beyond what I would have expected. My husband let them know it was our anniversary and they brought us wine and had rose petals and candles for us! It was so sweet. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and so nice. The place was so clean! It's also right off of Magnificent Mile so it's a great spot to stay. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the suite we had was perfect for our family of 4 with the divided livingroom and bedroom areas. The rainfall shower was amazing and the bathtub was appreciated too. There was an inactived TV/screen in the bathroom mirror which we though was odd but we found out when we checked out that it cost to much for them to keep it so that it was permanently inactivated in all rooms. Unfortunately the fridge was quite loud which was noticable at night and despite the nice weather the rooftop was closed. Aside from those things however, we enjoyed our stay!

Location is great. There is a charge for early check in. The rooms are well appointed and the suite had a nice sitting room with a sofa and a view of the city. Bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had a huge tub and a separate shower. Front desk help was mostly cheerful and friendly.
