O atendimento é muito bom, funcionários muito atenciosos. Precisei deixar minha mala no hotel após a hospedagem e foi super tranquilo, eles tem uma sala reservada para isso. Café da manhã e áreas comuns do hotel são excelentes, local muito bonito. O ponto negativo são os quartos.Tem ar condicionado pingando, cortinas estragadas e o banheiro poderia ser um pouco mais cuidado também. No geral é uma acomodação ok, mas não voltaria.

DECEPÇÃO TOTAL

Resumindo, minha estadia foi muito ruim, viajei a trabalho para um evento que aconteceu no próprio hotel, até aí nada a relatar, porém o quarto que fui alocada não tinha a menor condição de estada, o banheiro estava mofado, o chuveiro era dentro de uma banheira destruída e não tinha blindex e sim uma cortina de plástico que colava no corpo na hora do banho, correndo o risco de queda sem ter um apoio de mão para se apoiar. Sem contar o blackout do quarto que estava parecendo que foi metralhada de tanto furo que apresentava. Enfim, foi a pior hospedagem dos últimos tempos, não recomendo este hotel nem para um inimigo. Decepção total!!! Obs… Banheiro tem que ter chuveiro e banheira quando desejado, e não tomar banho de chuveiro em pé na banheira, principalmente quando a pessoa tem 1,85 de altura, como faz?

Falta investimento na suas acomodações

Hotel de estrutura antiga, banheiro ainda com banheira no box… box de cortina plástica e varão enferrujado. TV antiga com qualidade de imagem ruim. Cortinas estavam com manchas que não conseguimos identificar, mas eram vermelhas/marrons. Móvel abaixo TV descascando bem como pintura da parede por fazer. Colchão mole, apenas um cobertor no armário que nem tivemos coragem de usar, super antigo. Para quem só precisa de um local para dormir é ok, o quarto não oferece muito para você ter vontade de ficar lá dentro. O hotel ganha pontos apenas por sua localização e café da manhã que é satisfatório.
