Basic but clean and tidy, everything you’d need for a short break, nice and quiet at night, Wi-Fi ok, tea and coffee in room. Reception staff very helpful. Great location to see the city, five mins from railway station to get back and too to the airport, lots of restaurants close by to choose from. Would stay again for a short break.

Excellent value for money, the staff at the front desk is extremely friendly and always ready to solve any problem. My first visit to Geneva (17 years ago) was to this hotel and from then until now it has improved a lot. It no longer resembles that old, dirty and dark hotel.

This place was great. You are sooooooo close to the train station. Access to the tram ssytem is Geneva was easy due to the hotel providing a transportation voucher. The staff here are quiet and keep out of the way, but if you ask them for help they are exciting to share their ideas and opinions on Geneva! I would come back to this specific hotel, for sure! Geneva was beautiful!
