We loved this property except for the constant smell of sewage gases both outside our room and in the bathroom. This property is obviously struggling with septic infrastructure, as I am sure most properties around the lake are too. Dogs bark pretty much all night every night, which was a minor annoyance.

Amazing location for a long weekend stay. Nice location next to a small part of the beach which is in front of an amazing view of Atitlan. Has a great restaurant on the location so you can go dine in. Very close to stores and restaurants in the area.

If you’re traveling with kids I believe is a good place to stay cause they have a nice area for them to run around, unfortunately for us was not a good place because we came tired wanted to relax but couldn’t cause of all the noise. Also the rooms have paper thin walls you can hear everything from your neighbor. Service was good, rooms were relatively clean.

The rooms are not as nice as what yhe pictures display. They are old. There was a very tiny shampoo and shower gel. Not worth the price. There are better hotels. I thi k you pay forocation and not the room stay. The bext things are the gatdens, the views and the staff. The hotel isnot worth it.
