Absolutely terrible, reserved a queen size bed with fridge and microwave, received a double bed no fridge or microwave,was told that the double was in fact a queen which obviously it's not and and a room with fridge and microwave were not available and they would not refund my money,this place is directly across from a very busy truck stop and looks as if several people are living at the motel, definitely felt very unsafe due to the people wondering all night and shouting, definitely will never consider staying here again

What can I say, it's a Motel 6. Ok for overnight. Room was clean, and far enough from the freeway so that noise wasn't a problem. No extras here, of course. Soap the size of a quarter, no shampoo and the extra thin blanket meant I had to turn the heat up. Not sure how that last one saves them money, but that's corporate America for you.

Stayed here one night, Great value for money. This motel 6 is set away from the highway, got a good nights rest. Did not hear any noise from my room. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Lots of good food options in Lost hills, including Mexican and Indian !

Absolutely terrible.

Well, It seems pretty simple that I would make a reservation for the day I am checking in, which technically was Friday. The fact that neither you nor Motel 6 will refund what amounts to around $60 is absolutely ludicrous given the situation. A 10 year old could follow the details on how we could get to a place where a reservation was made in good faith thinking this was the way to do it (wrong day)...It's noy like I cancelled my trip or stay. I was sitting in the parking lot of the Motel 6 making the reservation before I walked in. I just paid for Thursday (even though it was technically Friday) once I was told I booked the next day on line (it was after midnight). Seriously, is this how you run your businesses? I simply booked the day prior to the one I needed by accident thinking it was the right day. Big corporations shouldn't be able to screw people over like this. So, pretty bad experience. Terrible customer service and what really feels like low-level fraud.
