The stay at Montcalm is one of my best in London so far. The atmosphere was sophisticated and Relaxing, the staff were absolutely amazing consequently providing «the little extra» facilitating for a great stay and experience. I chose The Montcalm Hotel to celebrate my mum’s birthday, and I’m so glad I did. We had an amazing time from start to finish. The hotel was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were absolutely lovely — professional, friendly, and always smiling. It felt genuinely welcoming, and I really appreciated how willing they were to accommodate my special requests. I had planned a surprise for my mum, and they helped make it extra special without any hesitation. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the underground, which made getting around easy. Overall, everything was perfect. I highly recommend The Montcalm and would definitely book again if I’m in the area. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
