Reservei 2 quartos triplos, frente mar. Um deles não tinha iluminação completa. Ficamos com um abajur improvisado por 4 noites das 5 da hospedagem. Os dois quartos tinham odor de mofo. Não havia outros disponíveis para troca. Sobre o restaurante em uma das noites não queriam permitir consumo " a la carte", somente buffet completo. Precisamos solicitar para a gerência resolver. Hotel não é novo, mas está muito bem conservado. Tivemos um contratempo no check-in, pois o quarto para 4 pessoas estava apenas com uma cama de casal. Contudo, o pessoal da recepção foi extremamente gentil, atencioso e ágil para resolverem o problema rapidamente. Café da manhã excelente, bem farto e variado. Vista linda da ponte e da lagoa.

O Hotel é bom.Porém senti falta de cuidados com a sua administração (nada a ver com funcionários), e sim a administração mesmo. O checkin atrasou... chegamos um pouco mais cedo pois minha filha tinha vomitado na viagem, pedimos um espaço para dar um banho e trocá-la (pedi até se conseguia já liberar o quarto que iríamos ficar, mas informaram que não estava pronto - tudo bem, isso está dentro do regulamento) mas simplesmente falaram "ah, tem uns banheiros ali embaixo, pode trocar ela lá." Local em reforma, uma pia e boxes sanitários... minha filha ficou sem se lavar, apenas trocou de roupa. Saímos para comer algo, retornamos faltando alguns minutos para o checkin, minha filha vomitada, dormindo no colo, aguardamos sentados na recepção. No horário do Checkin, fui falar com o atentente e o quarto ainda não estava liberado... enfim, continuamos aguardando por mais 15 minutos ali na recepção. Chegando no quarto (suite master p 4 pessoas), bom espaço, arrumado, etc... (estávamos em 4 dois adultos e duas crianças)... Não tinha toalhas para os 4, tivemos que pedir... Mais tarde ligar a TV para as crianças... não tinha controle remoto, tivemos que pedir... As paredes perto das janelas mofadas e descascando... o vizinho de apartamento fumando (m4c0nh4) na sacada o tempo todo, o cheiro vinha para o nosso quarto. O recepcionista me que o estacionamento tinha custo, falei que deiraria fora, mas mesmo assim tem custo A localização excelente para negócios, horrível a viagem em família
