The staff was extremely helpful. They gave great suggestions for our very brief visit. The only thing that was less than we wanted was the laundry facility which was very small and didn't dry fast enough. But the staff again was very accommodating to our needs, so this really isn't a complaint. It's just a comment.

This was an excellent experience in a 3* hotel. Staff in every department from inital check in until leaving and everything in between was superb. Only thing was the reception staff could be a bit pleasant to speak to , when asked questions felt like I was being judged on why am I asking etc. breakfast could be better if had different items on rotation. But the overall stay was pleasant and you can’t beat the location.
