Nice hotel with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Room and bathroom were a little dated but all clean and tidy. Balcony made for great views and ability to have door and windows open at all times, which is good as there is no air con (it's not too hot there anyway). Location isn't perfect unless you're happy to walk but it's about a 15 min walk to the Golden Hills Night Markets, then a further 10mins to shops. There is a restaurant at hotel, but also a Steam Boat Restaurant next door (would recommend). Transport is difficult here as Grab App is not popular, but taxis can be booked at front desk.

I asked front desk not to do the room service and requested a do not disturb tag. The front desk said yes and told me to call for anything I need. After a day trip back, my room still serviced and everything is touched which make me not comfortable

The hotel was easy to find, parking was excellent. The breakfast was great! There was lots of choices and all was well prepared. I like having hot milk to put into my hot coffee! The staff were friendly and efficient.
