The people at check-in were very nice and welcoming. The room was very large with two comfortable queen beds. The place was very clean.

The hotel seemed old but fairly well kept up. There were a few minor problems such as a leaky toilet and spotty WiFi. The people were friendly and helpful. Breeds were a bit soft but tolerable. Breakfast was nothing special. 2 waffle makers but no meat, only prepackaged hard boiled eggs. I would come back as they were priced reasonably.

It was ok.

The room was a typical hotel room. It was clean, however it smelled like an entire old man's cologne has been emptied on the carpets and the smell stayed for the duration of 2 nights. It was headache worthy. One of the times we came back to the room there was a lingering old smoke smell, so it's my guess that it was to cover the smoke smell. The beds were also not the most comfortable.

Probly won't stay here again

The one and only positive was the huge hot tub. No pool, so most times, no kids. Just a 16 person hot tub. Even if someone else was in it, there was no hesitation to sit and soak. There was also a 24-hr convenience store with frozen foods (if your microwave works), meds, snacks, drinks and beer... until 2am. Even some souvenirs. We had a bad experience with the one front desk person that checked us in. After that, we only asked questions of anyone else and we were fine. Breakfast was mostly cold foods; hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal and various breads. There is a toaster and a waffle maker. Get there early as they run out of stuff.

It was a little comfortable. However, the air conditioning seems to be on and off. We were struggling to sleep, alternating between being cool and then hot again for hours. The breakfast area was okay. The spa is a little dangerous as the floor was wet and had some black spots. Do we want to come back? Maybe not. It is a reasonable price, but it just needs some fixing.

Good and convenient

We've stayed here before, the rooms are spaceous with two queen beds, a refrigerator and desk. The only real problem was that there are not enough outlets and no USB connections at all. It may have been because it is the "off season" for tourism but the breakfast was dismal. Both waffle makers were out of order and pastry offerings were slim to none. The hotel is located conveniently next door to the Christmas casino making it easy to walk over if you want to gamble. It also has a small party store attached.
