I’m impressed with the facility given the price point i got. The included meals were nice, and the staff incredibly friendly. There were certainly some updates that could be made, but it was a great value and location, and I would definitely consider staying again if I were to return to Okinawa.

From check in there was a big line of people waiting with only three counters to check in. We waited for 40 minutes before we could check in. Would recommend allocating some people for check in at 14 o clock as the hotel looks very well staffed but not at check in time. The rooms are old and wore out, they unfortunately smell like smoke even tho it’s non smoking. The beach is nice but there is lack of maintenance and cleaning. You had to pay for using the chairs and parasols even if you were a guest at the hotel. The gym is small and you even have to pay to use it. The breakfast buffet is huge and therefore quite loud with a lot of people at once. You can sit outside but they have placed a big jumping castle there for kids so it’s also noisy there. All over quite disappointing hotel for the price there asking. We went to the neighboring hotel to use there beach facilities which was vastly better.

Rizzan Sea Park Hotel is a beach resort and is very family friendly, a lot of people that were there were families with younger children. It is certainly not an "adult" type of resort. The hotel is quite old and dated, they do keep it clean but you can see that the hallway rugs are stained and worn, some spots all the way down to the floor so it is in a state of badly needed renovation. The style and design is early 90s. The rooms are adequate and the views on the beach side are great. There are several restaurants, unfortunately only 3 of the 6 restaurants were running at the time and they are all buffet style, so it is a cafeteria style atmosphere, so not very elegant - however I thought the food itself was pretty good. There are no other restaurants in walking distance so you're very limited in your options. The food at the little izakaya on the beach was not good, I had their soba and it was not much better than instant. The beach is nice but small. They have an indoor (heated) pool and an outdoor pool. I think it's good for families with younger children but not for adult singles or couples. Parking is available but across the busy street and you have to pay extra.
