The Odys definitely lived up to our expectations as a slightly luxury boutique hotel in a neighborhood conveniently walkable to multiple attractions and positioned in the middle of a wealth of delicious street food options. Staff was super friendly and helpful and provided 5-star service throughout. Would happily stay here again!

Flew in from New York & stayed 4 nights at the Odys. Staff here were accommodating and checked me in even though it was past midnight. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our room was clean, sheets were made for us everyday, and the water pressure in the shower was incredible.

Fantastic hotel and staff, made to feel welcomed straight away, room was on floor 4, roomy and well decorated, tidy clean and a good representation of this boutique hotel. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, from western to Asian, juice coffees teas all great. Afternoon tea was a welcome treat and useful to reset your day, both breakfast and tea are on the rooftop bar area, lovely outside views and chill time. Evening meals restaurant is in the same area but never tried it. Housekeeping was very good and room cleaned daily. About a 5 mins walk from the main market, 15 to the main shopping area, great location, we chose the mobile free WiFi module to take out very useful, lovely first experience of Vietnam, would definitely come back, upgraded room was great with the benefits, slight noise from outside streets but hey it's Vietnam. Central HCMC is all close by and very easy to navigate. Great stay , wonderful staff.

The front desk staff was very helpful on arrival and throughout the stay. I can't say enough good about their willingness to help. The breakfast was amongst the best I've ever had and the rooftop lounged was a goo place to relax. The room was clean, confortable and had good amenities. Very close to nearly most of the well known places in Ho Chi Minh such as Ben Thanh Market/Notre Dame Cathedral/Central Post Office/Buy Vien Street/Independence Palace/War Remnants Museum/Open. Bedroom had no windows (advised as having blackout curtains?). We would have not booked this room if aware. Room very small with no dressing table or full length mirror. Reception staff all great and super friendly. Couldn’t fault them! Also gave in depth information which was really helpful and discussed everything available. 10/10 reception / customer service staff. Restaurant staff all sit on there phones and took a long time to be served when first arrived - had to go ask as all distracted by phone. Food was great though.

Big hotel room but the shower didn’t work I had to take bird baths in the sink. I turned the shower on and water started coming out of the walls. This shower was a jacuzzi type shower bath combo. Would have like a regular shower.I couldn’t get the safe to work either. I left the “please clean my room” sign on the door but nobody came and cleaned the room.

Room small but comfortable. Could be a little cleaner however. Staff very welcoming and very obliging. Nothing too much trouble. Avoid 9th floor if possible. Restaurant above very noisy through the ceiling. Just walking/footsteps noisy, moving tables and chairs being pulled in and out. Noise until around 10-11pm Saturday night and 9pm other nights. Breakfast noise started around 6-6.30am. Would stay again but not 9th floor.

The lobby is very pretty. The staff is very kind and helpful. The electricity in the room will turn off when you leave with the hotel key with you. This is an energy saver initiative. But that means expect to most likely come back to a hot room. The gym was very small. The massages take place in the rooms. There is no spa at the hotel. Which is okay because they didn’t claim to have one to begin with. The location is perfect. Very pretty streets and close to markets and walking streets.
