Bright Lights Affected Sleep, but Overall a Comfor

This was my first time staying on the third floor, and it was quite uncomfortable because the lights from the tennis courts across the street were too bright and stayed on all night. The curtains didn’t fully close, which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, my stay was comfortable.

This hotel was not in good shape. There was a hole in the wall behind my room door with a towel literally shoved in the wall. The baseboards were dirty, and the bathroom was gross. On the plus side, it was cheap.

First time visiting Bryan. I booked this stay last minute. Everything was great. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was nice. No complaints! The guy that check me in was very welcoming and professional. I believe his name was Christopher.

The room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfy and pillows were soft. The only complaint would be some of the paint was peeled off from the ceiling and the shower does not have a door just a curtain. Friendly staff and spacious eating area for the free breakfast are excellent

We planned a trip to Franklin Drive-thru Safari for my daughter's 12th birthday and chose this hotel because it seemed to be one of the few options that had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed for under $150/night. After reading reviews i was a little worried but overall the room was clean and comfortable, they was a musty kinda urine and mold smell but it was ok for 1 night. We checked in right at 3:00 pm hoping to let the kids enjoy the pool but it turns out the pool is only open May-October and since we checked in April 30th the pool was not open. Breakfast was what you would expect, cereal, juice, muffins, eggs, sausage links, and make your own waffles. The coffee was not very good but ok.

Do not stay Here!

Absolutely disgusting experience at Quality Inn & Suites Bryan-College Station. We booked for multiple nights but could only stomach staying one. The hotel is extremely run down and neglected. The cabinet holding the mini fridge was falling apart, with peeling wood and water damage (see photo). The bathroom ceiling had visible mold near the vent, which is a serious health concern. There was a hole in the wall above the toilet—just pure laziness on maintenance. The furniture is beat up and looks like it hasn't been replaced in decades. Nothing about this place felt clean or cared for. Avoid this place at all costs—there are far better (and safer) options nearby.

Beds were very comfortable. Bathtubs are rare these days, glad this hotel still has them. Even though the hotel is near the highway, traffic noise was not an issue. Some touch ups could be done on furniture.

The staff was super friendly from the front desk to the kitchen and room staff to the maid service. The facilities were very clean. The room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, oatmeal, cereal, etc. The cost was reasonable and totally worth it! I will be staying here again.

Not good

Not good we have been staying here every time we go to Bryan. This time check in the first room 124 it was bad toilet was very loose and carpet was dirty and lights were not working around mirrors in bathroom. So i went to from desk to get our room changed so then we went to room 227. It was a little better. The toilet ran all night and still no lights in bathroom. So I went back to front desk and asked if they could have someone come replace the lights and she said didn’t have any one there that could change them. So I decided to take a good light bulb from a lamp and put it in myself. So I could at least see in the bathroom. Other than that the second room was cleaner than the first one. Probably will not book that hotel ever again.
