This hotel was a fantastic location in the safe and peaceful neighborhood of Laureles. The staff was wonderful. Included buffet breakfast was great. The rooms are a bit outdated, but perfectly clean and functional. The main downside was thin windows so you could hear motos buzzing all night. But, I'd still stay here again.

Great hotel. Could use some updating and the windows are so thin that you can hear everything outside, and every buzzing of motos, all night long. But that's a big Latin American city. The location was fantastic and the staff was great, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again, but I'd ask for a room not on the street side.

The views from our room were beautiful 🌃 We were considering staying at another hotel in the area, but we’re so glad we chose Casa Laureles instead. The warmth & attentiveness of the staff truly set this place apart. Whether it was helping us with recommendations, making sure we were comfortable, or simply greeting us with genuine kindness each day, their dedication to excellent service was evident. Everyone was very nice & friendly. Yamile, at restaurant for breakfast, was very attentive and on top of things, making sure we had everything we needed. Sneider(think that's how it's spelled) night front desk attendant, was very nice also. Anything we needed, he helped us. Everyone on the staff, but Yamile & Sneider, were the 2 we interacted the most, they went above and beyond & needs to be mentioned. Will definitely be back. Bed was a little hard.
