Very nice hotel with good service. We got upgraded room with no extra cost. Very nice big room with good beds. Free public transportation was included in the stay. They serve amazing breakfast buffet. We will for sure stay here again next time we visit Hamburg. Parking possible at hotel, but little expensive, EUR 26 per day.

Convenient location opposite the train station. Three spas and lots of relaxation zones on different levels above the pool. The spa is from 7am till 10 or 11pm, so very helpful to those arriving late. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the piano playing in the bar. The room (double) was spacious.

The best spa facilities included in your stay, saunas, steam room, slide, pool, jacuzzi. Loved the pianist in the bar in the evening. Breakfast was a full buffet of literally anything you could think of. Your metro transport is included for 3 days and you're right outside the station. Almost forgot the gym, squash court and yoga studio which was empty 🙏

The bathroom would have been more comfortable without a door which made being in there claustrophobic. Plus, it was too small.

The room had many useful extras, like earplugs 😁 However, there is no air conditioning, only a fan, which makes it a bit warm and stuffy. It’s necessary to keep the window open. We were fortunate to have a room facing the courtyard, so it was quiet—even though the hotel is centrally located in the city centre.
