Always very friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms and a short walk to the office, so ideally situated. I’m a frequent customer and use the hotel as the perfect stay over when I’m in the office.

Nice and friendly with a generous breakfast

The hotel was clean and confortable, basic but with everything you need, I particularly appreciated the fruit and tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was supposed to be continental, but was a buffet with even eggs and beens, so we were pleasently supprised. Shakam was extremely friendly and made our stay really pleasant. Thanks Shakam.

Lovely stay with a welcoming team

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and really flexible with my unavoidable late arrival. Bed was comfy and cozy, and shower was hot and powerful. Just what i needed! Well positioned for south side of the city with a 15 minute walk to Waterloo and another 15-20 mins and you're in Leicester Sq or Covent Garden! Nice touch with the complementary fruit and water
