It is a beautiful brand new Dolly themed hotel. Staff was super helpful and kind. Need reservations for Jolene’s rooftop bar (enclosed), as well as However there are definitely some “kinks” that need to be ironed out. Initially, there should be automatic doors when you walk in due to the fact you have luggage and unless the valet are standing right there, it’s difficult to get in. Next, you walk into a first floor lobby and have to go up elevator to the 2nd floor to check in. Odd, but never did find an ice machine.

This whole hotel is a scam each day they took an additional $400 out of my account and you have to wait 1-3 or 3-5 business days to get it back in your account. On top of that their valet service isn’t organized because they had my ticket for someone else’s car and have to give me a new ticket. First night I got there at 2:15pm and didn’t get in my room with my luggage til 7pm due to them first forgetting to call me to tell me my room was ready and then them losing my luggage. My whole birthday trip I felt like I was in the hotel trying to get all their problems figured out and every time I would go out I would have to call them or leave to go back to the hotel to get stuff solved. My advise if you stay at this hotel please come with an additional thousand dollars just for the hotel to hold or refund you and don’t have much stuff planned or at least don’t plan stuff that isn’t close to the hotel.
