The property was very attractive and was able to accommodate my group, which varied from three rooms for part of the stay to seven rooms for two nights. I really appreciated the free breakfast, too. My only suggestion would be to place a hair dryer in the room where I stayed, if possible. I think most travelers expect a hair dryer at Hampton Inns.

Parking lot is bad but safe. The street tobget to it is very, very bad with huge pot holes, debris, broken speed bumps, no signs, and people dont follow traffic rules.

In-room WiFi is a joke

Out of a two week stay, the in-room WiFi worked less than 1/2 of that. The staff seemed quite unconcerned. The WiFi on my plane rides to and from had better overall reception and uptime.

We went to the breakfast area before 8 am and the dining area was a mess. I picked up a cup to dispense coffee, the cup was dirty with stains. There were a lot of dirty dishes on the counter from previous guests that the hotel staff had not picked up since who knows when and there were not enough choices of food, pretty much run out of eggs and pastries. I requested the receptionist to talk to the general manager to complain about the situation, she said that the managers was going to come over to my table or call my room, none of those happened, manager was not brave to face the situation. At check out the receptionist apologised for the situation but no word from management.

Todo super bien con las instalaciones, el check in, desayuno, alberca, etc. Muy recomendable. Solamente la recomendación es que capaciten al personal un poco mas en cuanto a situaciones como fallas en la luz eléctrica ya que no te saben decir mas allá de "es que no nos hacemos responsables".

Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y limpias. El hotel está alejado de casi todo, no hay nada a lo que puedas acceder caminando, pero es conveniente si vas de paso y solo necesitas descansar. Había poca ocupación por que se veía algo solitario, y se veía poco personal, pero nada que haya afectado mi estancia.
