A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and professional. Located directly across from Plaza Cristal which offers many food and drink options. The room was lovely. Courtyard in the middle was very nice and relaxing.

The hotel was very clean and it is nearly to restaurants, pharmacies. There’s walkable to a mall. It is a very practical option if you need to visit Xalapa City and you don’t want to spend a lot of money

Great hotel-Will return

Friendly staff, hot water with strong pressure, air conditioning, and comfortable bed and pillows. Should be described as "Colonial" or Victorian" as opposed to "Antique" because it has a very nice feel and comfort to it and not an old, boring one. Located in a perfect location. Will return soon. Thank you!

This is a good place to stay if you’re on a budget. The building itself is pretty cool and the location is convenient for what we needed. It’s right across the street from Crystal Plaza so we went shopping and had some food. A lot of people complain that the bed was too hard that didn’t bother me, but the pillows were definitely too hard. I wish that the decorations were more accurate to the photos. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and Jenny at the front desk was really kind.

La descripción del hotel (en la página) no coincidió ni con lo que es ni con la cadena de hoteles. Llegué a este hotel después de haberme hospedado en el hotel Margarita, enfrente de la terminal, pero esta es una Margarita muuuy deshojada. El colchón era duro, pasado de firmeza. La habitación estaba junto a donde tienen ropa de cama por lavar y había un contenedor justo a la entrada. Dejaron de ponernos la toalla facial porque "checaron el precio y no nos correspondía". Jamás me había pasado algo así, se supone que era un precio de promoción. No pude cancelar porque contraté mediante una página ajena al hotel. Me salí antes y no quisieron devolverme el pago ni en proporción. La cereza del pastel fue que olvidé en el baño un anillo de oro y "no fue reportado como olvidado". A este hotel no regreso... ni en promo.

Todo estuvo excelente, solo que el agua en la regadera no sale con mucha presión, pero en general todo estuvo bien, las camas eran un poco duras pero de buena calidad, quizás sean incómodas para algunas personas.
