A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and professional. Located directly across from Plaza Cristal which offers many food and drink options. The room was lovely. Courtyard in the middle was very nice and relaxing.

This is the second time that I have stayed the property is a great place to stay .All the staff from the front desk to food service and house keeping we're genuinely interested in my wellbeing and comfort.

Friendly staff, hot water with strong pressure, air conditioning, and comfortable bed and pillows. Should be described as "Colonial" or Victorian" as opposed to "Antique" because it has a very nice feel and comfort to it and not an old, boring one. Located in a perfect location. Will return soon. Queda muy cerca de una zona comercial, hay tiendas, hay dónde comer y hay bancos. No es zona turistica. El hotel esta bien, comodo y limpio. Lo malo es que, aunque tengan restaurante, no tenian el servicio. Con respecto al servicio o atencion al cliente, les falta un poco.
