Room noisy from street and not very clean. Bathroom was shared which we did not know and it was also extremely small and not well kept. There was no soap in the bathroom. A 500 Kr additional was taken for the mini bar, but there was only 4 items in the fridge.

No luggage storage. App doesn’t work and you have to download it to enter property. Hopefully you have internet otherwise you have to call international and they didn’t answer after 3 attempts. Not worth it!

Your worst nightmare.

This is for sure the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Stayed here for 2 hours before checking out in advance. There was stains of dry puke on the floor, bloodstains on the walls and bed bugs. You should get paid for staying one night in this hotel because it is for sure terrible!!!!

NEVER AGAIN BAD HOTEL

To enter the hotel you need to download an app, had I known this I would never have booked. Then the is not updated with the hotel, so the app is useless and I have to call a number to get in, the person does not understand me. Only two bath towels for two persons, no towels for drying your hands and when I called the hotel they just said “sorry” we cant help you.

Don’t stay here!

This was a big dissapointment. Didn’t get a code for the entrence when booking at Hotels.com. The info I got said it was suppose to be a reception. After a long struggle I manager to get in with help of another guest and could check-in at the digital reception. The room was torrs and chabby with an extremely small bathroom. I could every neighbor guest through the supertrion walls and door. The price for this was not low enough for the bad experience.

Photos doesn't say everything. I checked out 2 hours later. This hotel should not be have a star. The guy in the lobby talked like he was too late watching football match... When you walked in the room it was like walking on a wall, no air and smells not good. Walls need painting. I checked out 2 hours later from this hotel.

The bed was very Comfortable, but the bathroom was not so nice. When you shower, the water will get all over the floor, on the toilet, and the door. There were more places with mold in the corners, because of that bathing solution!

Booked, payed and got four mails. Downloaded the app to check in. But phonenumber was rejected by the app None of the codes and numbers worked. And noone answered the phoned where customers can call for help. Could not check in and never got into the room. Ended up catching a night train home and had to cancel the programe in Copehagen for the next day

Good luck if there is a fire

There was a power outage lasting 14 hours from around midnight. Not even emergency exit signs were lit. Emergency exit staircase used as storage for linen lamps etc.
