最上階の風呂、地下の駐車場（冬は朝が楽）、スタッフも親切、丁寧なので申し分なし❗ 強いて上げるなら、朝食が高い¥1400は夕食の値段　何とか¥1000を切った価格でお願いします。

空調の調節が出来なく、掛け布団が重過ぎて寝不足でした。フロントも事務的で、何より1階のエレベーターで宿泊階まで行けるので、セキュリティが心配でした。フロントが2階に有り1階はひと気が無くて少し怖く感じました。もう利用しません。

お部屋は綺麗にお掃除されており、大浴場もあり快適でした。駐車場も地下なので雨でも濡れる事なく移動できます。コンビニは道路を渡ってすぐの所にあるので便利です。

フロントが2階にありますが、エントランスからの導線が悪く、案内もない為分かりにくかった。今の時期だからしょうがないのかもしれませんが、１Fエントランスの照明が暗く、一部シャッターが下りていたりして、一瞬営業中？と不安になった。

展望風呂が最高です。夜も朝も利用しました。

最上階の展望風呂がよかったです。宿泊者専用のエレベーターがあり、部屋着、スリッパのまま行けるので、利用しやすかったです。

車移動主体の旅には便利

ここは，地下駐車場から客室フロアまでエレベーターで直行できるので，余計な接触リスクを避けることができる。10階の大風呂も気持ちよくリラックスできる。交差点の斜め向かいにはコンビニもあるが，飲食店へは少し歩かなければならない。車移動主体の旅には便利。

お部屋のカランの温度調整が非常に良い難しいので、そのメッセージをゲストに伝えた方が安全と思う。恐らく半数以上の利用者は軽いやけどを経験してると推察されます。シールでも良いので！

地下駐車場が広いので降雪時等は非常に有難いです。お部屋も広いものに交換いただき助かりました。ただ朝食についてはコスパが悪いのと質量共に過去最低レベルかなと思いました。日本人に合わせた和洋折衷コースの様ですが、かなり中途半端な様に感じました。ディナーの営業を週末しかしてなければ朝食はもう少し力を入れられた方がとか思いました。最近の環境では経費節減策も仕方ないかもですが！？

Traditional Japanese rooms at its best. Place is a bit dated but well kept. Nice to experience the Japanese lifestyle. Beautiful onsen on the 10th floor - complimentary for guests. Hotel is only a 5 min walk from Nagano Station.
