Hotel is in a good location in Colico, not far from the train station and just a short walk to the harbour area with most of the restaurants. Also a great selection of food at breakfast

Good location but this is definitely not a 4-Star hotel. AC didn’t work, bed was horrendous, pillows paper thin, breakfast week. It is what it is, but severely misrepresented.

Not enough toilet paper was given. They have small rolls. There is not a lot of options for restaurants. I would say to stay at a hotel that is closer to the main center. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the hose of the water spray attachment and hair on the floor. Very small room and bathroom.

Attention, il n’y a pas de parking sur place, il faut se rendre au parking de l’église en zone bleue limitée à 1h. Nous avions une chambre en rez de chaussée dont le matelas était très vieux, impression de dormir dans un hamac… Chambre peu confortable. Personnel cependant très gentil et bon petit déjeuner.

pulizia proprio al minimo indispensabile, con zone lasciate impolverate, capello trovato sul cuscino, personale di reception disponibile che ha cambiato prontamente, però ragnatele sul soffitto mai levate, mobilio datato. Ristorante dell'albergo, promozionato dalla reception, abbastanza lento e servente piatti riscaldati, con pietanze seccate e/o di scarsa fattura. colazione con una abbondante varietà di prodotti, ma di basso livello qualitativo e/o brands da discount.

La camera economy aveva i muri con la muffa, squallida, con mobili sbeccati e la porta rotta. Dopo diverse insistenze mi hanno assegnato una deluxe senza pagare la differenza. Sicuramente era una sistemazione migliore ma comunque non era assolutamente una camera da 4 stelle: mancava un pezzo di battiscopa, i muri erano pieni di macchie, le tende erano sporche, il terrazzino aveva due sdraio con i buchi di sigaretta e sedie luride. Posto assolutamente da evitare.
